Smart Designs runs on an operations platform we built ourselves, with AI and automation throughout. It is how we know what is worth automating and what still needs a person.

Where should a business start with AI and automation?

Will AI send things to my customers without anyone checking?

Not unless you choose that. By default we build AI to draft and suggest, and a person on your team approves anything a customer will see.

Do you use tools like Zapier?

We build automations in code, connected to your systems through their APIs. That gives you more control, proper error handling and no per-task subscription.

What does AI and automation work cost?

It is quoted to the workflow: how many steps, which systems and how much data. You get a fixed quote for the first automation before we build it. Ongoing AI usage costs are explained in your proposal.
